VA dentists honor America’s Veterans by contributing to their whole health through exceptional oral care. We offer robust career opportunities caring for eligible Veteran patients in all disciplines of clinical dentistry in collegial group practice settings. Enjoy continuing education opportunities, with monthly ADA-accredited webinars and interdisciplinary learning activities, as well as leadership and mentoring programs at no cost. VA is the largest provider of post-graduate general dental education and offers post-doctoral training in many other dental specialties. This gives you the unique opportunity to teach daily in clinical settings. You also have a chance to be involved in dental research. Our dentists are encouraged to be a part of the National Dental Practice-Based Research Network, which links you with dentists throughout the United States who are interested in answering real-world oral health research questions. Our dentists are often published as experts in the dental field, and many have been elected to leadership positions in national health care organizations.
